Job Summary 

Develop high-impact shopper insights that empower category and customer strategies to win in the marketplace. These insights will inform business decisions, enhance portfolio value and drive category growth.

Qualifications 

EducationBA/BS from an accredited college or university with a focus in business analytics preferred. MBA and Category Management Association certifications equivalent to Level 4 Certified Professional Category Manager (CPCM) a plus. 

Experience:  6-8 years of experience in Category Management, Shopper or Consumer Insights, and/or similar role with a proven analytic track record.

Professional Skills:  Expert-level experience with Nielsen/IRI syndicated and panel data and/or retail shopper portals. Highly motivated worker/thinker and team-oriented. Strong organization and analytic skills as well as attention to detail. Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities. Comfortable working with complex data across multiple sources to develop actionable insights and strategic recommendations.

Role Specific Competencies:  This position requires extensive use of computer equipment.  Must have a demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft business: expert knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint and intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word and Access.  

Special Requirements:  Position is based in Chattanooga, Tennessee at Sanofi CHC’s corporate office.  This position requires the ability to travel (10%).
